Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse; clinical oversight or management experience a plus.

• Minimum 1 years’ in home care experience a plus

• Current and valid driver’s license.

• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance.

• Current CPR certificate.

• Ability to travel locally and visit patient homes as needed.

• Strong English language skills; bilingual in Spanish, a plus.

• Experience with pediatric and adult patients a plus; trach and vent experience a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to train, coach, and manage nursing staff in the field
• Ability to manage a patient caseload
