Your role will involve medication administration, behavior management, data collection, and communication with clients and their families. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- follow behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Support individuals in developing independent living skills
- Collect data on client progress and behaviors for documentation purposes
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, their families, and other team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data collection
- Must be at least 21 years of age
-Must possess a valid Oklahoma Drivers License
-Must be able to pass OSBI background check

$1000 Provided for staff who start on or after February 1st 2024 and a additional $1000 after 6 months of employment.
