Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate HTS to join our team. As an HTS, you will provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve medication administration, behavior management, data collection, and communication with clients and their families. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- follow behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Support individuals in developing independent living skills
- Collect data on client progress and behaviors for documentation purposes
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, their families, and other team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data collection

- Must be at least 21 years of age

-Must possess a valid Oklahoma Drivers License

-Must be able to pass OSBI background check

$1000 Provided for staff who start on or after February 1st 2024 and a additional $1000 after 6 months of employment.
