About The Opportunity

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain safety, operations, and housekeeping.
2. Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
3. Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
4. Consult with managers and leadership on basic training topics and needs.
5. Track and compile collected data.
6. Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
7. Communicate training needs and online resources.
8. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
9. Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.

Education/Certification
