Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing production training programs and activities. This position will work closely with HR, Operations and other departments to effectively establish and execute training requirements for the various work groups. This position will be responsible for coaching and mentoring both new and current employees, including but not limited to operators, welders, and lead ops. This position will be hands-on, working directly with production parts and equipment, sometimes stepping in to run on operation for the purpose of training and/or to meet production needs.
