What You Will Do

• Trainers are expected to train new associates on the quality inspection procedures on Slitter and Overwrap departments
• Continuously auditing production lines to make sure all employees are the following the correct process
• Trainers Train Employees on new processes and should be Bilingual English/Spanish/Hindi
• Travel between buildings to ensure consistent implementation between plants
• Files daily audit results at the end of each shift
• Works with other members of the team to in an accurate and efficient manner that supports operational excellence and total customer satisfaction
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit

What You Will Bring

• Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating respect for other members.
• Have a basic knowledge of safety in a distribution center, manufacturing, or warehousing, environment.
• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training in a related field such as distribution centers, manufacturing, or warehousing requiring a high level of attention to detail.
• Demonstrate the ability to listen to others as part of effective communication.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish/Hindi
• Ability to apply basic calculations as related to quantities of products picked.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to carry out various instructions furnished in written, orally, or in diagram form.
• Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing using "common sense".
• Ability to use analytical thinking to contribute to process improvement, emphasizing excellence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. safely.
