Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Test Technician to join our team. The Production Test Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing, inspection, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.The Production Test Technician will report to the Head of Production.
Job Requirements and Skills

• Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Testing and Analysis: Perform a variety of tests and analyses using specialized equipment and tools to assess product quality, including dimensional measurements, material composition, and functional testing.
• Data Recording: Accurately record and maintain detailed records of inspection and test results. Prepare reports summarizing findings and deviations from established quality standards.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document non-conforming products and materials during inspection.
• Calibration: Ensure that measurement and testing equipment are calibrated and maintained in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Work Authorization in the U.S.

• Technical school degree or associate in electrical engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of handling optics, electronics, and mechanical parts.
• Experience in Medical field in quality control or testing is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow test instructions for OEM products.
• Ability to use hand tools for assembly and soldering irons.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, hardware, and Microsoft Office.

• Salary $50,000- $60,000 annually. Commensurate with experience
• Annual Bonus based on KPI’s and objectives.

1. PTO: Vacation: 1st year 11 days; after the first year, employees will earn one additional day of vacation per year up to a maximum of 21 vacation days per calendar year

3. 8 Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July (or the previous working day if 6/19 or 7/4 is on a weekend), Labor Day, Black Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
4. Additional holidays: we close from 12/25 till 1/2 of the following year
