Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication, assembly, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise the production team to ensure efficient operations
- Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and mentor new employees on production procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary materials
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Forklift certification is a plus
