Salaried Real Estate Agent Production Partner

We are looking for ONE production partner to join our team and are offering an annual salary plus commission. You’ll work side by side with a top-producing agent from the first appointment to the final sale assisting with showings, inspections, appraisals and walkthroughs. You will be responsible to assist in administrative work like preparing buyer presentation materials, showing materials, preparing open house materials, disclosures and communicating with the lead agent. Compensation fluctuates based on performance with the expected pay in the first year to be in the $70,000 range leaving plenty of upsides. This is a one-year commitment with additional opportunities as you progress within the business. Top performers in this position exceed $100,000 per year.

You MUST have an active NYS real estate license to be considered.

70,000 - 100,000 yearly

• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred

• MUST Live in the Hudson Valley of New York and be willing to come to our Newburgh, NY office
