About the Job
Task Lighting is seeking a Team Leader with Supervisory skills who is organized and able to lead the department. This position plays a critical role in the production process and reports to the Production Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all quality standards are being met. The individual must be able to lead, coach and mentor all employees in their department. Uphold all safety standards, and support and drive Continuous Improvement (CI).
