Job Purpose : The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising production staff and tracking and monitoring staff training and alignment with department goals.
This position organizes and monitors department workflow to meet production standards including completion of all production documentation.
Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring staff compliance with Safety and Quality procedures.
Responsibilities :
Completes daily production schedule, scheduling and assigning personnel to designated areas, establishes production priorities;
monitors progress; revises schedules as needed or when feasible, reports results on shift production pass down summaries daily.
