Objective:
In this full-time position, the employee will be expected to supervise plant operations concerning all aspects of feed production, employee training and development, and equipment maintenance according to FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, and MFA quality control requirements. The supervisor will also be expected to assist in computer entry and to represent management as needed in the manager’s absence. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.
