Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. You will ensure that production remains a smooth and effecient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent management skills.
Duties:
- Schedule and assign work tasks to meet production goals.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Supervise, coordinate and monitor workflow.
- Completes production plan by accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting issues and results.
- Ensure quality and safety procedures are being followed.
- Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of production team members.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written comunication.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards.
- Excellent leadership skills.
