Position Summary:
The Production Shift Supervisor is accountable to lead the operation and personnel. The Production Shift Supervisor also manages and oversees all shift operations in a manner that enhances the plants safety, engagement, cost, productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1 2 years leadership/supervisory experience required.
· High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
· Making high-impact decisions in fast-paced environment required.
· Utilize computer programs and Microsoft Office products required.
· Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related environment preferred.
· Continuous Improvement and/or Total Productive Maintenance exposure preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
