Role Purpose : Supervise employees in the operation of the line. Develop procedures for efficient and safe operations. Understand and implement improvements to process.

Helps to resolve employee issues and disputes Able to communicate issues and concerns to Human Resources and Senior Management Monitors daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary assisting in all aspects on the production floor Coordinates and monitors flow of production orders for the floor;

able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow Maintain and ensure correctness of production tracking log Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred Three to five years Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Solid understanding of quality requirements Basic computer knowledge required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Strong communication and organization skills Knowledge of HSE and manpower planning Able to work weekends and off-shifts Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and Kaizen Explore your future.
