Production Scheduler Supervisor supervises the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Coordinates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Supervisor monitors daily production results and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting. Additionally, Production Scheduler Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Scheduler Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Position Summary :
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Cell Coordinator 1 is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of one or more major manufacturing cells on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift operation, assures the efficient utilization of equipment and manpower to maintain production schedules and produce a high quality product.
Coordinates production to meet production control schedules and maintains continuous flow of production; implements the necessary maintenance of equipment to ensure continuous production.

BS Degree preferred in a related field
