Production Scheduler Supervisor supervises the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Coordinates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Supervisor monitors daily production results and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting. Additionally, Production Scheduler Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Scheduler Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Reno Door & Trim is actively seeking an experienced Door Shop Production Coordinator / Scheduler This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Potential candidates will have the following responsibilities but not limited to what is listed:
Purchasing Responsibilities:
Experience in Residential Construction Mandatory.
Experience with Finish Carpentry / Interior Door & Millwork Packages a big Plus.
Data entry experience, (Quickbooks / Access Database)
Outlook Calendar Scheduling
Production Scheduling, and Order Entry
Associate will also be responsibile communicating with field personel.
Work directly with Production Manager, and Shop Foreman
Project Forecasting, and Plan reading / Blueprint Comprehension
Ability to transpose information from one database to another.
Work closely with Purchasing / Inventory Control Associate.
Schedule Warranty and Service Work.
We offer 401K, Medical Insurance, Paid Holiday's and 1 week's paid vacation after first year. Salary will be dependant upon experience. There will be a 90 day review period after which an increase may or may not be given depending on perforamnce review. Further reviews will be given on an annual basis, and increases will be awarded upon continued improvment, and meeting estabilished goals. Overtime may be required in certain circumstances. Work schedule is as follows: 7:00am to 3:30pm Mon thru Friday.
