Overview: We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing production activities, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. Duties: - Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines - Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow - Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve production targets - Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed - Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions - Ensure compliance with safety regulations Requirements: - Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with power tools - Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation - Ability to assemble and fabricate products using hand tools - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Effective communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred Join our team as a Production Manager and play a key role in driving our manufacturing operations to success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
