Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Scheduler Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Scheduler to join our team. As a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for managing the daily workflow including blending, extrusion and bagging of finished material.
Scheduling and Production Reporting will work with the Production Manager, Customer Service Team, Work Order Originator, and Warehouse Personnel to ensure customer order requirements are met in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage WRIKE entries (Scheduling app for work orders)
o Scheduling Blenders, Extruders, and Bagging Operation, as required.
· Use of IQMS for reference purposes concerning inventory, quality, work order, and Blend Packet preparation
· Preparing the Blend Packets for Extrusion Work Orders
· Daily Production Reporting
· Reporting related to completed production runs.
· Monthly Reporting for Manufacturing Key Performance Indicators
o Production

o Breakdown Analysis
o Scrap Analysis
o Workflow Analysis
o Return Material Authorization and Customer Complaint Report
· Insuring adequate office supplies for Operations support team
