Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Scheduler Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Production Processing Assistant I
Under direct supervision the?Production Scheduler?is responsible monitoring production milestones in coordination with Master Scheduling and Operations in a manner that demonstrates, “Everything is Important.” This individual is experienced in production control in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide visibility and drive action in order to support Singer’s operational goals and provide high-quality production to our customers.

Compensation
The starting pay range for this position is between $65,560 - $75,000. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
