Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Scheduler Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Production Scheduler Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. How you will contribute You will be: Managing, supervising, and conducting health and safety matters in accordance with legal and corporate requirements, including: Compliance with legal regulations regarding occupational health and safety and building a safety culture in the plant. Conducting work in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety and fire safety procedures, specifying the appropriate level of safety; responding to all types of threats affecting work safety Creating strategies, long- and short-term goals in the field of occupational safety Conducting post-accident investigations (accidents at work, on the way to/from work) Preparing and maintaining registers, protocols, and other required documents Conducting initial and periodic occupational health and safety training Supervising programs aimed at reducing risk at workplaces Coordinating and supervising measurements of the working environment, e.g. noise, dust, lighting Informing relevant functions about HS&E results, proposing corrective and preventive actions Coordinating and carrying out risk assessments at workplaces and risk assessments for machines Supervising, coordinating, and carrying out tasks related to environmental protection, such as: air emissions, noise emissions, water and sewage management, waste management, etc. Creating strategies, long- and short-term goals for environmental protection Maintaining environmental protection documentation and reports, contacting local authorities and institutions as needed, implementing legal requirements in the field of environmental protection. Maintaining records and documentation regarding environmental protection. Conducting inspections and audits in the field of environmental protection Supervision of investment and technical projects in the field of HS&E, fire protection What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
