Beyond A Resume seeks a Production Planner/Scheduler for our biotech client in Millville, NJ.

Job Overview:

The Production Planner/Scheduler is responsible for managing production plans for bottling, bulk production, and raw materials, scheduling, and receiving raw materials for bottling and bulk production, ensuring contract manufacturers and plant managers execute to production plans, and facilitating forecasting and supply meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviews sales forecasts and creates plans for bottling, bulk production, and raw materials.
• Works with our contract manufacturers to communicate production forecasts.
• Works with plant managers to translate plans into production schedules.
• Leads purchase order creation in Sage for contract manufacturers to schedule production and drives contract manufacturers to execute the plan.
• Manages recording in Sage of production and communication of overage/underage to leadership.
• Manages invoice processing in Sage for contract manufacturers production.
• Manages the full raw materials process to ensure that all raw materials needs are met by strict deadlines.
• Reviews raw material wastage at each of our copackers after each run and adjusts quantities in Sage as required.
• Forecasts production and raw materials spend.
• Performs spend analysis and reviews it with senior management.

Job Requirements:

• BS/BA required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Management.
• 5-7 years of Supply Chain planning or relevant experience.
• Must be able to facilitate meetings with senior functional leads.
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
• Sage experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
