Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of That 1 Painter, introducing our services to potential customers in residential neighborhoods. This position offers competitive commission, a lead-based incentive, and the potential to grow into a full-time and full-cycle sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct simple and straightforward door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners. Mainly telling the homeowner that we are starting a project in the area and that we are providing free estimates to the neighborhood.
That 1 Painter canvassers average one scheduled estimate/lead per hour of door knocking. This means you should make at least $60/hour.
Introduce That 1 Painter's services, emphasizing our commitment to exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Generate leads and appointments for our residential painting projects.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Compensation:
$60 per lead generated (average 1 lead/hour).
$100 per lead that turns into a job.
