Production Painter operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products. Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor/manager. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. The Production Painter possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Production Lead to join our team. The Production Lead will oversee all of our edibles and confectionery activities related to the kitchen production. Under the supervision and advisory of the Director of Product Operations, this individual will manage and ensure the comprehensive and timely completion of all products. The Production Lead will also maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness according to ServSafe requirements. This position will train and guide team members to follow all SOPs and requirements as instructed by the Director of Product Operations .The Production Lead will maximize productivity while ensuring high quality and adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee daily production activities
- Train and mentor production team members
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Leads staff to produce manufactured products according to SOPs
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving production efficiency
Qualifications:
-Able to understand and compute basic mathematical formulas.
- Proficiency with following written instructions
- Be able to lift 60 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, bend and walk for long periods of time.
