Must have the ability to work any shifts and any days.
- We operate 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- This may include rotating shifts – day, evening, night.
- We will Train
The main purpose and function of the Production Maintenance is to ensure the equipment is maintained to the highest level to allow for maximum operation when needed.
- Knowledge of how to maintain the production equipment
- Cross-train for all position within the plant
- Ensure the plant equipment is kept in top maintenance shape
- Maintain a safe, clean, environmentally sound work area for all employee
- Communication with all employees about unsafe condition and/or maintenance needed
- Other duties as assigned.
You must:
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day.
- Have basic math and computer skills.
- Forklift, Frontend loader and bobcat experience a plus
- General Plant experience preferred but will train
