The company manufactures and distributes dry and liquid feeds, minerals, and co-products merchandised from surrounding ethanol plants. Position Purpose:
The Production / Maintenance Supervisor for our Dakotaland Feeds manufacturing facility in Huron, SD provides day to day supervision for the production and maintenance team in the areas of safety, quality, and executing the production schedule. Use of preventative maintenance system, organizing daily maintenance, parts, and timelines. Responsible for driving improved performance, plant asset utilization and positive employee engagement.
Other responsibilities include: Managing plant resources to optimize efficiencies to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations. Creating a positive work environment that supports continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Experience-Education:
Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Ag Business / Mechanized Ag Engineering, or 3 years equivalent experience in related field. Experience in program management and administration.

Feed mill supervisor or leadman with 3 or more years’ experience.

Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.
