Production Maintenance Supervisor jobs in Massachusetts
Production Maintenance Supervisor supervises staff that performs maintenance service and repairs to complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. Implements standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness. Being a Production Maintenance Supervisor coordinates resources for troubleshooting equipment repairs. Reviews and supports equipment failure analysis and troubleshooting resolutions. Additionally, Production Maintenance Supervisor trains, coaches, and educates workers in best practices and safety procedures. Monitors work orders to ensure accuracy and quality. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Maintenance Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Production Maintenance Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Responsibilities
- Clean, Maintain and Repair Ponds and Water Features
- Perform routine service visits to ensure features are at their best
- Keep a record of completed repairs and track materials used.
- Follow a proven maintenance plan
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
- Communicating with clients to give the best experience
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of basic plumbing
- Ability to follow procedures and techniques
- Must have a willingness to learn
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Valid drivers license with a great driving record
