Production Maintenance Supervisor jobs in Hempstead, NY

Strike Force Maintenance Corp is leading commercial cleaning company. Our customers include commercial office buildings, day care centers, schools, nursing homes, medical facilities and fitness centers. We are currently looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Field Cleaning Supervisor. This is a working supervisory, the position will require to work on jobs alongside the crew and will require a flexible schedule. (available to work weekends)

Essential Functions:

• Oversee and train cleaning crews.
• Handle communication with customer to resolve complaints.
• Knowledge of floor work (auto scrubbing, carpets, and strip and wax)
• Deliver supplies as needed
• Inspect buildings and provide a report
• Must be able to fix broken equipment, such as vacuums
• Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.

Shift: Monday - Friday, Day and Evening shift available

Work Location: Nassau County, NY

Job Type: Full-time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to lift 1-50 pounds.
• Must have reliable form of transportation.
• Must have valid NYS Drivers License.
• Be able to multi task
• Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Compensation: Pay rate as listed but willing to negotiate based on experience!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
