    As a Janitorial Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating janitorial operations across multiple locations. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and executing daily cleaning operations, supervising and training staff, conducting inspections, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

    • Support the Janitorial Manager in planning and executing daily cleaning operations.
    • Supervise and train janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
    • Conduct inspections, manage inventory, and address staff concerns.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50lbs.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
    • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
