    We are seeking an experienced full time Project Manager. Candidate must have proven track record managing multiple buildings, hiring/firing, payroll, training, scheduling, budgeting, ordering supplies, good communication skills, and computer skills. Previous Janitorial Management experience a must!

    Oversees all facilities or location to include, but not limited to the following:

    • Manage a janitorial crew in a cost effective manner by establishing and applying sound management policies pertaining to the organization, customer relations, planning, cost control, and work flow. 
    • Responsible for recruitment, training, management, and supervision of all personnel assign at the contract site. 
    • Responsible for insuring that work is performed to specifications of the contract.
    • Professionalism for maintaining customer relations with team and clients.
    • Respond to variety of cleaning requests by emails or calls.
    • Attend meetings, trainings and walkthrough with clients and management.
    • Responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies.  
    • Maintains reports and records as required. 
    • Develops and implements methods, procedures and workflow efficiencies 
    • Conducts building walk-through with supervisors daily
    • Conducts daily checks of maintenance closets and equipment for safety and cleanliness
    • Completes special projects or additional duties as required. 

    Qualification Summary: 

    • Minimum of 2 years facilities management in the janitorial industry
    • Minimum of 2 years from an accredited college or university preferred
    • Must possess comprehensive knowledge of facilities management and operations, janitorial management procedures  
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Must have the ability to clearly communicate effectively and tactfully with customers, subordinates, and management of all levels within the organization 
    • Must be responsible and have the ability to motivate workers 
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required 
    • Must have excellent analytical and supervisory skills; strong time management, project management, and critical thinking skills; and strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment 
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects 
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 
    • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities 
    • Valid Driver's license (preferred)
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs
    • Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Based on experience - Starting at $55,000.00 per year

    Shifts: Flexible schedules preferred
