Must Have Experience:

• Label printing experience
• Flexographic Printing Experience

• Be the mastermind behind continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and refining processes, equipment functionality, and overall productivity.

• Foster a "High Performance" culture through dynamic leadership and mentoring, ensuring your team is not just following policies but excelling in their roles.

• Dive deep into analysis mode, troubleshooting and rectifying issues with a keen eye on enhancing operations and meeting financial objectives.

• Play a pivotal role in staff development, from hiring to training, to ensure your team is stacked with top-tier talent.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
