Production Engineering Supervisor supervises a team of production engineers who plan and design methods to improve or enhance existing programs. Assists in analyzing and reviewing budgets, schedules, production requirements and headcount to determine the most cost effective and efficient methods of obtaining necessary resources. Being a Production Engineering Supervisor develops and recommends revisions or enhancements to schedules, human and monetary resource allocations, and production requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Production Engineering Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Production Engineering Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Role
As a Metal Production Operator (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Specialist), you'll be part of a dynamic operations team running Molten Oxide Electrolysis (MOE) cells for the production of molten metal. Your duties will include monitoring MOE cells, withdrawing molten metal and slag samples, supporting tapping and feeding operations, and possibly engaging in cell rebuilding and commissioning. This role involves operating heavy tools and handling materials similar to bags of concrete (50 lbs).

- Experience or training in industrial fabrication/assembly with proficiency in at least 2 skill sets such as hot work (welding or using torches for cutting and heating), foundry experience or high temperature experience (greater than 900°F), general fabrication.
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Willingness to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) as required by specific work activities.
