Each day our staff provides guidance, support and direction as needed on new skills/tasks, behavior management, personal development, social skills, and communication. They take pride in assisting individuals in achieving goals by maintaining knowledge of their learning styles, strengths and support needs and ensures that skills are taught accordingly. Daily administering and documenting each individuals medications as prescribed by a physician in accordance with the Medication Administration Policy (MAP) is a must. We provide MAP training if not certified.
Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities preferred however training is provided for those not having the experience but heart for this work.
