MUST DO

• Provide WGM with reliable audio and video systems, ensuring quality and feasibility for both daily and weekend services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, install, configure, and administer systems hardware/software and related infrastructure. 
• Provide support and preventative maintenance ministry-wide. 
• Support production areas with equipment maintenance & integration. 
• Assist with the training and development of LCS students and COTM Volunteers around production standards. 
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers at all churches. 
• Assist with other production duties ministry-wide as assigned by the Production Director.

Requirements

• 3 years of live production experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly & quickly
• Proficient in a wide range of technology including but not limited to macOS, Windows, Adobe software, SSL, Ross Video Systems, L’Acoustics, JBL, QSYS, Blackmagic, Broadcast Cameras, IT Networking, Dante
• Desire to continually improve existing systems and create and implement new systems as needed.
• A heart to develop people spiritually and technologically. 
• Be physically able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs and stand for long periods. 

WORK SCHEDULE

• 40 hours per week
