Service Manager Position

This opportunity is in the SANTA ROSA, CA area and surrounding region. To be considered for the position, the candidate must be living in that area.

Residential Pest Control experience and a Branch II license required.

View of a Typical Day:

• Hire and train service staff in the field and as needed
• Run a service route several times per week and as needed
• Help to provide service and solutions in the field to customers who have concerns
• Monitor and ensure technician routes are successfully completed
• Evaluate performance and provide ongoing training to service technicians
• Help to maintain inventory of pest control products

Service Manager Requirements:

• 3 years of management experience
• 7 years of pest control experience
• Branch II license
• Must be able to work well with others and provide effective leadership
• Exceptional customer service and retention skills
• Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills
• Sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties
• A background check including a drug screen may be required
• Clean driving record

Field Manager Responsibilities:

• Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control industry including technical aspects, sales, administrative capacities, and operational management
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff
• Coordinate and enforce company policy and procedures
• Manage a diverse team, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling up to ten individuals
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Typically, Monday to Friday with some weekends
