Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI As a key member of the KBNA (Kitchen & Bath North America) Supply Chain organization, the Director of Production Control will be responsible for improving the supply chain and materials management in the existing and new KBNA manufacturing plants. Activities will include strategic and day-to-day support to the supply chain and materials plant teams. This position heads a team of Supply Chain functions and specialists charged with exceeding customer satisfaction, leveraging Supply Chain Systems resources as needed across our operations and managing the associated project and program portfolios. Directs program activities over the complete project life cycle and ensures process improvement methodologies and best practices are utilized to achieve tangible business results.
