Production Control Director jobs in Texas

Production Control Director manages the overall strategic and tactical production control planning, scheduling, flow of materials, and monitoring to achieve goals and objectives for delivery dates, output quality, volume, cost, and optimization. Oversees scheduling and the development of methods to allocate and control resources and materials effectively. Being a Production Control Director establishes monitoring tools and processes to identify and plan for problems with waste, inefficiencies, and inventory in production operations. Recommends improvements to production technology and processes. Additionally, Production Control Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective planning methodologies and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Control Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Production Control Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Force Pressure Control is seeking safety-oriented production personnel to work one of its facilities in Marion, TX. Production personnel will be tasked with a wide range of operational duties based on competency and placement. Operational duties include, but are not limited to: equipment receiving and inspection, equipment assembly and mobilization preparation, equipment repair and maintenance, washing, painting, lubricating, testing, general facility organization and maintenance, etc.

    Working background with flowback and surface pressure control equipment is preferred, but not a requirement.

    The Production Technician position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.
