Job Summary:
This position reports to the Assembly Supervisor in our Manufacturing Modules and Test Department and the responsibilities will include developing on-the-job training checklists and content with subject matter experts and delivering training related to assembly operations, assembly-support processes, computer applications, Quality procedures and Lean Manufacturing Principles, creating course materials, assessing the effectiveness of training programs and participating in continuous improvement projects.
