JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a production team member who specializes in fabric you will perform a combination of production assembly tasks using hand tools, small power tools, and other special equipment following detailed instructions, processes, and procedures (written and verbal) to meet and exceed customer and company expectations. You will pull fabric rolls, spread the fabric onto table in preparation of cutting, inspect fabrics for imperfections, cut fabric on an automated cutting table per job specs, weld fabric pockets, zippers, and seams of fabric depending on shade style, as well as deliver fabric to assembly.

Requires a high school diploma/GED. Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment recommended but not needed. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Demonstrates attention to detail. Ability to read, communicate, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, in the English Language.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
