Production Control Clerk performs clerical tasks that support production control and ensure the efficient flow of materials required by production schedules. Monitors the inventory of parts, components, and raw materials and coordinates ordering, invoicing, and scheduling with vendors. Being a Production Control Clerk tracks status of customer orders and production schedules to identify issues or delays and coordinates with stakeholders to expedite orders and resolve problems. Inputs and maintains production data in ERP, MRP, or other databases. Additionally, Production Control Clerk requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Control Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. TITLE: Production Control Specialist (Maintenance Analyst)
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Superintendent or Production Superintendent
WORK EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of MQ-1 experience required. Six (6) years Plans, Scheduling & Documentation (PS&D) experience. Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) 2R151 or 2R050 preferred. Working knowledge of the Logistics Installations and Mission Support Enterprise View (LIMS-EV). Programming knowledge in Interactive Query Utility (IQU), Query Language Program (QLP), Microsoft Access, Excel, and Visual Basic desired.
EDUCATION/TRAINING: Must have verifiable training records with MQ-1 training.
High School Diploma, required.

REQUIREMENTS: US citizen or authorized immigration status. Current secret security clearance. Travel is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Summary: Maintain oversite of assigned aircraft, equipment, and resources utilizing applicable Maintenance Information Systems (MIS). Manage, track, and schedule, and monitor aircraft status, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) upgrades, modifications, Time Change Items (TCI), and Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs).
