What You Will Achieve

Your primary focus area will be general business operations through administrative support activities. You will be coordinating delivery of office and business support services either internally or through an outsourced service.

As part of the administrative support team, your knowledge and skills will help in completing tasks based on set procedures and policies. Your systematic approach and organizational abilities will ensure that communication between departments and teams is seamless.

How You Will Achieve It

• Manage own time, professional development and assume accountability for your results.
• Support activities for receiving inventory, reading and tracking invoices.
• Conduct all activities related to ordering and shelving supplies including quality control.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties to assist a business unit in meeting assigned goals through handling commodity transfers/accountability, closing work orders, maintaining departmental financial records, developing/distributing reports etc.
• Organize media materials and supplies as well as setting up and stocking conference rooms.
• Order non-standard items (special orders) for colleagues.
• Manage e-mail and other communication with the administrative teams to update status for supply orders and any issues pertaining to the supply room operations.
• Investigate issues, such as work order errors, downtime, training records etc. and develop reports to communicate results.
• Provide secretarial support to departments, as required.
• Adhere to all SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), cGMP’s (current Good Manufacturing practices) and plant safety, quality and documentation systems requirements.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite.

Nice-to-Have

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team.
