No Prior Experience Necessary! We will help you become state licensed and provide all the training necessary to perform pest control services in a company provided vehicle with paid gas! Service experience and commercial driving not necessary, but definitely a plus.

Job Description

As a Technician at Midwest Pest, you will perform various pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers. You will exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism while following a daily schedule of services.

A typical day for our Pest Control Technicians might include:

• Mixing chemicals and loading equipment into a well organized company service vehicle.
• Visiting each customer and appointment (typically 12-15 appointments), ensuring a timely arrival at each service.
• Performing pest control services for each customer while demonstrating excellent communication skills while interacting with customers, team members, and managers.
• Using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. This involves working in indoor and outdoor areas.
• Must possess a high-level of professionalism, integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications and what you need to succeed

• No experience, no problem! We provide some of the best training in the industry.
• Age requirement: 18
• Must have current, valid driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times, including a well groomed hairstyle and beard (for safety and health reasons with the equipment)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in all interactions
• Maintain a clean work vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
