Being a Production Control Clerk tracks status of customer orders and production schedules to identify issues or delays and coordinates with stakeholders to expedite orders and resolve problems. Inputs and maintains production data in ERP, MRP, or other databases. Additionally, Production Control Clerk requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll using Paychex software

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as requested
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Experience:
- Proven experience in payroll management and account reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of governmental accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in debits, credits, and other basic accounting concepts
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform 10-key typing accurately
- Familiarity with accounting software systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
