This is an IN-OFFICE,Hourly position, Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm with corresponding meal and break periods.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Verify, process and input invoices into excel.
- Coordinate and route all invoices/documents to the Accounting Department.
- Proofread, file, organize.
- Follow up with vendors and internal employees as needed.
- Support the reception desk and answer office phones as needed.
- Learn the Travel system and assist with employee travel arrangements.
- Help with special projects.
QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED- Dependable. This role is an important part of the team.
- Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills.
- Strong follow up.
- Polite and respectful in an office environment.
- Interest in learning and taking on new responsibilities.
- Efficient at data entry of invoices into excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
PREFERRED- Experience relevant to the job.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and able to learn other Company systems/tools.
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment and familiarity with terminology helpful.
- Positive and professional attitude.
