Job Description: The role of the Production Assistant is highly active, with a strong focus on the blending and packaging of loose leaf tea, as well as the packaging and bottling of honey and spices. The Production Assistant collaborates closely with the Head Blender and the Operations Manager of the Production Facility to meet the facility's production requirements and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production facility while maintaining a positive and friendly work demeanor.
This role demands a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Primary responsibilities encompass tea production, food safety, quality control, and assistance in managing the inventory system. This individual should possess strong organizational and efficiency skills and should have an affinity for working with numbers, as they will frequently encounter and analyze them during their production tasks.
