We are seeking a Production Assistant who will assist a busy executive in a fast paced environment. Someone who is a proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills, can adapt well in a fast-paced environment, and handle tasks swiftly with minimal oversight.

Job Duties:

• Create marketing decks in InDesign following provided format
• Write copy for decks, case studies, newsletters, and social media
• Create graphics for use in decks and case studies
• Assist with scheduling client meetings
• Draft emails for client outreach and to follow up when projects are completed
• Research potential clients to reach out to
• Create reminders, notes, and lists for executive

Experience and Skills:

• 2 years of experience with Film - Movies/Commercials
• Strong marketing and advertising skills
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
