Production Assistant assists with coordinating the production of television or web broadcasts, shows, or videos. Monitors designated schedules and timelines to ensure each phase of production stays on track. Being a Production Assistant collaborates with technical specialists and operators for each production's camera, sound, and lighting. Helps with set-up and operation of production equipment such as consoles or teleprompter, and completes any miscellaneous tasks needed for production. Additionally, Production Assistant may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Production Assistant works under moderate supervision. We are seeking a Production Assistant who will assist a busy executive in a fast paced environment. Someone who is a proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills, can adapt well in a fast-paced environment, and handle tasks swiftly with minimal oversight.
Job Duties:
- Create marketing decks in InDesign following provided format
- Write copy for decks, case studies, newsletters, and social media
- Create graphics for use in decks and case studies
- Assist with scheduling client meetings
- Draft emails for client outreach and to follow up when projects are completed
- Research potential clients to reach out to
- Create reminders, notes, and lists for executive
Experience and Skills:
- 2 years of experience with Film - Movies/Commercials
- Strong marketing and advertising skills
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
