ABOUT US:

Production Club is a multidisciplinary team of badasses inventing, designing and producing music-based parties, shows, and experiences worldwide.

We’re hiring a Legal Assistant to provide administrative support to both our Legal Counsel and CFO/General Counsel. As Legal Assistant, you’ll support legal matters across contracts, documentation, insurance, and administrative support. You’ll also assist with the non-profit arm of Production Club, MásForMore which involves event management, volunteer coordination, and physical support in production and logistics onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, review and revise legal contracts such as vendor services agreements, master service agreements, NDAs, and other documents.
• Route contracts, documents, NDAs, etc. for electronic signatures as necessary.
• Coordinate contract execution and manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking of deadlines and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain organized electronic files for contracts and legal documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval when necessary.
• Communicate with internal staff to gather necessary information and documentation for contract preparation and execution.
  • Provide general administrative support to Legal Counsel and CFO/General Counsel such as working with insurance brokers, handling Certificates of Insurance from vendors and creating internal legal resources.
• Assist Legal Counsel and CFO/General Counsel with MásForMore (the nonprofit arm of Production Club) related matters.
  
  

MUST-HAVES:

• 2 years experience working in a professional legal environment such as a legal assistant, paralegal or legal secretary at a law firm or for an inhouse legal team.
• Experience with drafting and reviewing legal documents and contract lifecycles.
• Experience with document tracking softwares.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Adobe, and Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with legal terminology and processes.
• Strong organizational skills such as file and database management.
• Passionate about contributing to philanthropic causes and issues.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility and availability to work overtime as needed.

PAY RATE: $30/hour [full-time]
