Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. The Production Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our production operations and ensuring the efficient and timely completion of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
· Daily task of updating the production log

· Assist with processing of orders to warehouse, ensure OTD is being met.

· Communicate with management when problems arise and offer possible solutions to help correct any mistakes made during the order process.

· Follow-up with processing facilities for status of orders.

· Scan required documents for shipping.

· Receiving incoming purchase orders.

· Assist in additional duties as assigned by management

Experience:
· 2 years’ experience of working in an office.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings or prints.

· Effective problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.

· Spanish a plus

· Good practical experience with MS office/Excel

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
