Job Description

As an Assistant Production Manager, you are an integral part of the operation of the branch. At OJ Insulation, we take pride in our customer relationships; we look for people willing to learn and be trained, have good communication skills, and pay attention to detail and accuracy. 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Production Manager with daily payroll and scheduling, printing the work orders, and managing inventory.
• Emails and phone call communications are frequent between the builders’ Superintendents for scheduling and the Suppliers to set up deliveries.
• General office, including answering phones and assisting other office personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

• Must have computer experience.
• Must know Excel & Outlook
• Must be detailed oriented
• Payroll experience a plus, but not required
• Able to work independently
• Construction experience is a plus but not required
