Product Specialist monitors all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position. Being a Product Specialist interfaces with project managers and clients to determine the product's future direction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Product Specialist typically reports to a manager. To be a Product Specialist typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. The role
- Own every aspect of the sales process - from greeting the customer to delivery
- Review, update and manage daily inventory reports and prepare and review monthly plans with sales leaders
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
The requirements
- Previous sales experience in a similar role would be ideal
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
